The lyrics/content is pretty mediocre. But sonically, good.
Eh, JT has never been about the lyrics. All his songs are roughly about the same thing and the lyrics are serviceable, good enough to support the music and they're not bad, they didn't keep Cry me A river, My Love, Rock Your Body, SexyBack etc from being inedible pop classics.
The album feels sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long but it's worthy, songs like Tunnel Vision, That Girl & Blue Ocean Floorsus are like heaven on earth tbh.

You have a point but that was at the beginning of his career. I just expected a little more thought would go into them because it sounds like a re-hash of FS/LS material. It sounds like sonic progression without the progression in any other area. It seems like Timbaland ironically out-shined him...just a little bit.
Mirrors shouldn't be a single. IDC if it's climbing up iTunes due to his SNL performance, the song is trash, and it looks weak besides the other songs on the album.
I see what that critic meant when he said there are no singles. He was probably talking about Pop radio. There are PLENTY of potential singles that could work on Rhythmic/Urban formats.
