I really don't think there is a R&B prince. Chris once had the title but we all know what happened there. Trey is basically an afterthought and has been reduced to being a poor man's version of R. Kelly or Keith Sweat, does he even have good tour numbers? What his is impact? Miguel could have the title but his album sales are lackluster and he has had no impact in the industry.

Apparently he doesn't have enough impact. I don't think impact should even be measured when discussing Frank and Miguel since they are both still fairy new to the industry but that's just me.

By logic, Chris is the prince of r&b since Frank Ocean fans are bringing in sales.

Frank has no hit(despise TBY went platinum - not really a hit) and a barely-gold album

critical acclaim and Grammy's don't equate to a prince title for Frank, especially when his music is monotone and mediocre

Four top ten R&B (two of which he is the featured artist), a grammy, critical acclaim, and two albums that have barley passed the 300k mark is nothing to brag about. Without or without the hype other artist are doing better.
