But didn't you say Britney and some other lessor gorl (Gaga? Katy?) were releasing lead singles soon as well as Bey? There will be competition soon. It would be ideal for them to release PLU really soon so it can get a head start. I'd love it to block Bey too but I doubt it. I also don't want them to release PLU in the midst of all the other girls because I don't want it to get overshadowed. Especially since this isn't a lead single.

I hope the PLU delay is due to RCA taking note of the new Billboard rules and maybe talking over an actual PLU video concept with Kelly because she probably had some flop treatment in mind. I really hope they're utilizing this time to figure out a way to increase her streaming presence. I'm sure this is wishful typing though.
