I'm so confused with the new Billboard rules.

So when Bey's single comes out, what is the most effective way to help it go #1 on the Hot 100 (excluding radio)? And does anybody have SOME sort of clue when the single is coming? Isn't the album coming out in April?

The date could be Nov. 12th and I would still be fine.

People need to stop being so impatient. It'll come when it comes. You know she's working on it. You've already heard several of the people who're working on it give little tidbits about it. You know that Sony and Pepsi are heavily investing it. You see that her promotional campaign has already started. Be patient. As I said before, Beyonce wasn't going to release anything before March anyway, because that's a dead shopping period. And since albums generally need at least two months of pre-release hype from the time a title/tracklisting/release date is announced, I'm doubting it's going to come in April, since it's already March.

I'm predicting we may get a new single sometime late this month with an album release date slated for around May or June. And that's fine.
