Let me give you a tip. When you are reporting someone, it is important to be very specific on why you think it should be warned. Use actual ATRL jargon like "Flamebait," "Trolling," etc.

Sometimes, people report something to a mod, and think the mod should automatically know why. Mods can't read minds, and that is why somethings go unwarned.
