I'd like to ask the mods if it is okay if I start a thread for Gaga/Madonna stans to have a decent conversation and to make a pact among the members who are willing to ignore each other or treat each other with respect and just ignore all the threads certain stanbase members make about the other artist... Not every stan is the same, we all know that... You could be extra harsh on the members that don't behave in the thread if you want to, but I think something like this is needed

Also, would I have to post it in Base? Just because most members would see it there I think, or does it belong in Lounge?

I know it will keep happening to some degree, but if some of us could make a pact to just report the thread, talk to other stans from your base and stay away from the thread these extreme situations might just happen less frequently and nobody would have to dislike everyone from a certain stanbase because of a couple of rotten apples... At least some of us would know who is okay and who isn't, so they could still have a normal way of talking/discussing instead of just thinking all Monsters/Madonna stans hate each other's guts

I've thought about that, but I thought I'd reach more members if I got to post it in Base, cuz otherwise I wouldn't know how to get the Monsters and Madonna stans in there. I don't like that stanbases dislike every member of it because of the fact that some members are delusional and haters... Same with the Navy and Monsters who generally don't get along... I hate it because I don't care which stanbase someone's from, despite the fact I like a certain song or artist's personality or not

Why did I get warned for this? I wasn't flaimbaiting, nor was I trying to shade Gaga at all. The OP's logic was that since Katy didn't peak at #1 that means she's losing momentum, and what my post implied was that if that was true then his fave would be over by now; which she isn't. I wasn't trying to shade Gaga, but simply state how idiotic his logic was. Can that point please be reversed?

I'm a Gaga stan and I agree with Pika's logic, this did not need to be warned in my opinion, he just showed another user what was wrong with his argument

About 4 overcapacity issues in a few minutes. I don't really mind. The server IS working quicker and it comes back a few minutes after the overcapacity message so.

Ok, this has been annoying me for a bit of a while but I really just wanna ask, are you guys even serious at this point?

Today (Like 5 seconds ago) I got a notification and saw that I had one unread Private message. "Who had messaged me?" and went to my inbox where I realized I had received a "notice about my recent activity" on ATRL, so I went to see why I got a reminder/warning point.

I go in my inbox and I see that I have a point, and for what infraction you ask? Niether Trolling, flamebait or illegal links, but something very very serious: OFF TOPIC! How was I off-topic? Let's look:

In a thread titled: "What is your favorite critically acclaimed song?" I did not read the unnecessarily long OP and just said "Umbrella!". The rude moderator who sent me the point claims

Details: Read, it's not one of the options

Now upon reading the title, you would assume that this is a thread where I can express my opinion on the best critically acclaimed song, but this person had actually specified a list of songs, which Umbrella was not apart of.

Now if I went in the thread and posted OMGGJSKJSJSDFJKLDSFKJDSJKDSLKJDSFKJDSFJJKJDSKJFDKJ SD BUY LOTUS, BEYONCE'S A FLOP, RIHALLAH IS QUEEN etc etc etc" than I would see getting an off-topic point but All I did was name my favorite critically acclaimed song, Umbrella.

I understand how annoying it can be when some posts off topic (actually off-topic, not what I did) but to give someone a warning point for this is just beyond ridiculous. I have seen many people get "reminders" and even got one myself before so I think that that would be more appropriate. I don't know which moderator is desperately trying to get at the top of the "How many users warned" list at the end of the month but you are only making the site a nuisance to those who which to use it, so stop.

I just think this point should be over turned tbh, its completely ridiculous and I promise to try to not make trivial mistakes that harm nobody in any way in the future. I can't tell you how many slightly off-topic comments I see in a day or how many people I see changing the subject in threads but.... I'm struggling to see why none of them have points and I do. I am also struggling to see who this affects negatively.
