Justin was in Paris this week and threw a private listening party for a few journalists on Tuesday. There is a bunch of reviews in French so I tried to sum up all of them in this post.
THE ALBUM
- The album was described as a successful cross between retro and modern
- It shows off his mature side, both lyrically and sonically
- Regardless of the very first impression, they insist you'll be inclined to give more chances to the album because it has a very high repeat value
- Just when you think a track is finished, it starts over again
- You don't know where it starts and where it stops
- He recorded it in twenty days
- None of the tracks sounds like potential singles
- They hope that radio will give the songs he chooses as singles a shot
