She is still selling out arenas and stadiums whether you like it or not. Let's stop comparing her with Beyonce. They are different situations.
Rihanna is still coming for a gross higher than the I Am Tour, for a supposed singles artist that ain't bad.
|
Comparing a Rihanna tour from 2013 to a Beyonce tour from 2009/2010...mess....
The Loud Tour isn't coming for I Am...and Diamonds is not coming for Mrs Carter Tour. That's granted Diamonds even surpasses I Am.

Apparently, you need the SB for people to buy your tour tickets. Pretty sure Gaga sold out her tour without SB, but whatever. The girls keep trying to deny the truth. People just want to see Bey. It's that simple.

I never realised how pressed the Beyhive were over Rihanna. I never even meant to start an argument. The Mrs. Carter Show will most probably out-gross the Diamonds World Tour, I never denied that. All I said was that the MCS had more hype. That is something the Beyhive should be happy about because it means more success for your fave.
But please don't deny that what Rihanna has achieved with the DWT is impressive too.

Rihanna is doing well. The only problem i have with what you're saying is saying that RIhanna had no hype lol. I mean come on, All the promo she did on SNL, The Voice, X Factor. She did shows in France. That is all promo for the tour, it gets people excited to see her live. You're saying the Superbowl did great for Beyonce, but acting like all those performances didn't create hype for Rihanna.

And Beyonce has been around since the 90s, Rihanna has been around since 2005.

Puh lease... You came in here trying to be funny, "throwing shade", but the Beyhive don't play. Now you know.
Rihanna has had way more promo. They might not have been as important as Beyonce's (Superbowl is for icons), but she's had more promo. Trying to argue otherwise is just stupid.
Beyonce has more hype because she's the superior artist and performer. Arguably the best of her generation. Then again, she's always had more hype. And I guess her previous era only made her smarter.

In the end it's indirect promo. Just like Rihanna having a million AI on a daily basis is ~indirect promo. Like pull up a brain dude. You are being very stubborn. Rihanna has had more promo for her tour. That's the end of it. Just let it go already.

She had hype, but no where near as much as Beyonce did.
People in here are acting like the SB had no impact on Beyonce's tour. It had a HUGE impact on Bey's tour.
I don't understand why Bey stans are angry at me for saying this though. This is great for Beyonce, and ultimately, people wouldn't buy her tickets if she wasn't an incredible live performer (which she is).

Please stop, you just come across as incredibly pressed.

The SB did have an impact just like AI has (or should have) an impact on album sales, tours, anything artist related.

Maybe on paper Rih has had more promo (more appearances etc), but the SB is bigger than all of Rihanna's promo put together. How can you not see that? The SB is a HUGE deal.
