I think it's safe to say that Demi is one of the brand ambassador of Topshop now. She said that Heart Attack's MV would be 'fashion based'. If it's related to Topshop, most likely they'll sponsor Heart Attack too.

I think it's definitely Demi's voice.. But idk. And maybe they revamped the old version and re-wrote some parts so it might be totally different than Pia's version.
