So I made a new email address (as Crystal - not an alter ego, just the name that popped up first because I have a friend name Crystal) and emailed all the music directors/program directors for all the stations that aren't playing it saying the following:
I'm not sure if I am contacting the correct person but I just wanted to ask if you could please add "How to be a Heartbreaker" by Marina and the Diamonds into rotation on Hot 107.9 for me? I absolutely love the song and even though I'm not much of a Glee fan, I'm looking forward to seeing them perform it on the show next month. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Crystal
And I've gotten a good response. Here's a few:

Thanks for the request Crystal. We're hoping we'll be able to put it into rotation soon.

Hi Chrystal. A lot of factors go into the decision making process for what songs we play, but requests are definitely one of those factors
I'll pass this email on to the boss. Thanks!

AND my FAVORITE! I chuckled at the end:

Thanks for the note Crystal. It's one of my favorites too! I wish this were as easy as playing yours and my favorite songs. There's a lot that goes into what we do behind the scenes. So, I can't make any promises. But, we definitely have our eye on the song. Thanks for writing! Rule number 1....

So hopefully this will help a bit. I'll try emailing them again in a couple weekends with a new email address.
