I feel like this seemed liked a great idea when they thought of it (it was), but it just didn't work as well in the end. Good concept, but it could have been much better. I like the later more dramatic bits. 6
The Day Before You Came was actually ABBA's last Top 3 in The Netherlands, and I believe the most appreciated song from ABBA by our country, I think it was the highest ABBA song on the annual Top 2000 (list with the 2000 best songs ever compiled by the Dutch nation). Nonetheless, I hate it. So I'm not sad to see it leave.
A cute jam. Not much else, but I still enjoy it. Most ABBA fans seem to dislike it, so I'm not surprised it placed low. Plus it's, like, always left off their greatest hits collections. 6
