Um, no. I'd go so far as to say that gay guys generally find FAR more faults with her current physical appearance than straight ones do. Which is actually usually how it goes, so your first sentence makes little sense. It's pretty much a truth universally acknowledged that gay guys (and other women, but that's neither here nor there) tend to give female celebrities way more grief for their imperfections than straight guys do.
I've literally lost track of the number of times I've heard straight dudes I know IRL going on about how sexy and irresistible she still is and how they "still would" (as if they'd ever have the chance).
