i think she'll announce either the end of this month or very beginning of next month. with all the stuff she's doing next month i'd assume she would announce it before all that starts.
If they're trying to fit the whole thing around X Factor the way they're doing it now actually kinda works, she can do the auditions in between promo for the album if it gets a summer release and start touring the country and do bootcamp/judges houses by late Summer in late July-August and be done by the time live shows are done, she could also probably get some international promo in the summer too and then in early 2014 she can do a ww tour
