I'm not surprised. In my opinion Beyonce lip synced "Love On Top" and "Ring The Alarm" at the VMAs. I have my suspicions too about "Run The World" at the BMAs.

It's so weird cause she didn't lip sync her Glastonbury set and that one was great.

Because her vocal track was either messing up or not sounding right, therefore she went solo. That earpiece is for them to hear how they are sounding.
