Amazing match between Djokovic and Wawrinka. Somehow it's always the champions who seem to win in these incredibly tight matches though. Great credit to Stan though, played probably the best match of his life.

Also I note that Sharapova has reached the QFs by only losing 5 games in 4 matches.

I think she is a shoo-in for the final; unfortunately Serena will be waiting.

Nevertheless I am supporting Masha for this tournament and hope she goes all the way.

Btw, Djokovic reaches his 15th consecutive Grand Slam QF. This moves him ahead of Lendl and into 2nd place all time.

The leader is of course Federer with an amazing 34 consecutive (so far...)

It is impressive that Sharapova only lost 5 games to the Quarters, it's actually the best tally to reaching a Quarterfinal at the Australian Open (not sure about all GS) in open era history

I still don't think it'll be enough to down Serena tho
