Considering the existence of a Utada Hikaru base thread separate from the general J-Pop discussion thread, is it permissible to create a base thread (and perhaps a receipts thread in Charts) for Ayumi? I realize that because Utada is more widely known by western audiences she may be a unique case, and I felt the need to ask because of the existence of the general thread. Also, I'm bored and need something to do that interests me.
