The US are rarely receptive to Pop Rock ballads like CKB so I don't think that song had much of a chance of going top 10 either way
Man Down is more of a straight up Reggae song and it did better on Airplay than CKB but Top 10 seems a bit like a reach
Both did fine WW though which is great.
