Not really, it's only specific members and they aren't the only people who even do it.
That's the saddest part about all this, the people trying to "drag" Gaga act as though the negative people in her fanbase will all change because of one tweet and that those people are the only people on earth that do this sort of thing.
Personally, I don't exactly recall wishing AIDS or death on anyone, ever.
