I hope not, I've already had too many meltdowns and I can't bear with this waiting anymore, she has been too quiet.

Yes we bitched for the overhyping she did for Born This Way, but you have to remember that she hyped that to the heavens, calling it the 'Album of the decade' and what not, last year she started hyping everything for ARTPOP and then went quiet, that's what bothers people, she gave us a taste of the new candy and then took it away from us.

She should just tell us the dates and then keep her mouth shut for the time being, that would make things so much more bearable...

Joined by a group of friends, Gaga and the Chicago Fire actor stopped into RPM Italian – owned by Bill and Giuliana Rancic – for some homestyle fare.

The group ordered up dishes including lobster caprese, insalata bianca, duck agnolotti, Sicilian pork arrosti, Mediterranean octopus, Mama DePandi's bucatini pomorodo and short rib pappardelle among others.

The crew finished off their meal with a variety of desserts, but the sweetness continued as the night went on.

"[Lady Gaga and Taylor] were very affectionate and touchy sitting next to each other," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "I heard her call him 'honey.' "

While it was Gaga's second time visiting the eatery in the past few weeks, Giuliana couldn't help but gripe that she's missed the Born This Way singer on both occasions.
