Anyway I think that cover is one of the reasons why the song blew up. It's because she instagram-liked the cover and everyone including radio stations thought it was a real single cover and radios started to play it

That's the TTT R and the image is just a photoshopped version of a photo from a magazine spread she did earlier this year. It's fake.
