One Direction have allegedly signed a new contract with record label, Sony.

According to The Sun, the financial deal has been put in place to ensure that the Kiss You band stay together for at least another three years.

The contract is said to outline that if one or more of the lads decides to leave during that time period, each member will receive less money than originally thought.

A source explained to the newspaper: "It's a really clever contract that the boys have signed up to. It means they have a real incentive to tough it out and stick together.

"The formal length is for 36 months and an album a year - but the clever part is they get the big pay day after the three years.

"If one of them walks away before then, then all five miss out on the money. They don't miss out on a few quid either, we are talking millions.

"They all get on really well, but it would be the kind of deal that would see them through the worst aggro possible."

I adore 1D, but this era they seem so much more distant and less connected. The boys have had an amazing career, but they really need to understand the fact they outgrow as a boyband and face it, instead of signing contracts which lock them in the band, which could just make them even more distant.

I don't really care if they don't have such a visible bromance or don't do their camming sessions cause I never really cared when they did. I'm not used to stan for that type of artists so normal interviews, videos, concerts and red carpet is all I need They shouldn't be forced to do something they don't wanna do anymore.

Agreed. Poor Harry. But why doesn't he get better at it? I'm sure they have vocal coaches and he has two bandmates with decent technique, they could teach him to sing more properly. It's a shame cause he probably has the best tone in the band.
