Yes, it's a good movie and well worth watching. And yes The Bay sucks.
Yeah, I have REALLY low standards with movies but I found The Bay to be unwatchable. The story jumps too much and any escalations in the story aren't really obvious. It was boring and I ended up skipping through scenes once I was 40 minutes into it.

Cockneys vs Zombies (2012): It's a really good movie. It's kind of Shaun of the Dead meets Doghouse. My rating: 8/10
and I also love the epic song they use in the Opening credits sequence.

I watched 3 horror movies over the past couple of days.
1. The House At The End Of The Street: I loved this one! Jennifer Lawrence was a total badass and the twist with the brother was excellent, I did not see it coming! I actually felt so bad for the kid before it was revealed that... well... you know and I am usually an unsympathetic bastard so props for that! I can't believe it only got 11 % on Rotten Tomatoes.
2. The Tall Man: It was okay. It was too long and they tried to pack TOO much stuff into it, it got annoying after a while. And it took so long to get going (even longer than most horror movies). Good twists though.
3. Sea Beast: Now, this is some low budget direct-to-DVD Canadian **** that aired on TV the other night. The CGI and Special Effects were HORRENDOUS and I mostly just laughed at it.

I liked it , too. The only thing that I didn't like was the special effects.
