My ideal producers would be have Benny Blanco be the executive producer, being featured on 7 tracks. My reasoning is that

B) His signature sound is really mature, with a disco vibe and simple instrumentation such as acoustic guitars, but with a heavy power pop choruses and slight electronic elements to it. He'll bring the open platform and well crafted pop songs with huge hooks and big choruses.
C) He's easy to work with too, so I think that if Katy wants to experiment, she'd be better off going with Benny than with Luke.

Next would be Max with 6. My reasoning is that

A) He knows how to make a good pop song. He's really good at making an album an actual album, not just a collection of singles. See Red for example. He'll be the one who tweaks all his songs to have a similar vibe without making them sound repetitive.
B) He's already worked with Katy a lot, so they have a good working relationship.

After that would be Greg Wells with 4 songs. He'll be able to provide

Then it'd be M83 with 4 tracks. They'll help the album explore new underground electronic genres such as dream pop and electronica. It'll give the album a good underground vibe, without going overboard.
Next is Stargate with 3 songs. He gave Katy her biggest hit ever, and he'll give her the big house music numbers again.
After that is Dr. Luke. It'll be good to limit him, because he doesn't like to give artists tons of input production wise. He'll bring slick beats and the electropop flare to the album.
Finally there's Shellback and Zedd with 1 song, they'll be tacked on with Max guaranteed.
So hypothetically (it can mixed up however):
Track 1: M83
Track 2: Benny Blanco, Greg Wells
Track 3: Benny Blanco, M83
Track 4: Benny Blanco, Max Martin
Track 5: M83, Stargate
Track 6: Benny Blanco, Stargate
Track 7: Greg Wells

Track 9: Greg Wells
Track 10: Benny Blanco, Max Martin
Track 11: Max Martin, Shellback
Track 12: Greg Wells, Katy Perry

and I like the "Kathryn" album title, but can you guys imagine the cover? Katy with wings, with a vintage style...if this Birdy themed era is true I have a feeling we will get more acoustic stuff, and now that she's working with Gregg we will get Not Like The Movies / Thinking of You type songs
