True. Lemme pull out that paper and start jotting some ideas down. I do know the series well enough. I'm not really here for 3D though.

The original Nightmare 2 was a mess. I remember one part where some student runs into his gym teacher at this leather bar, and then the teacher drags him back to school at night and makes him run laps of the gym. Whille the kid is showering, Freddy drops a bunch of balls on the teacher, drags him into the showers and whips his ass a bunch of times.
You only really need to know the first film and remake to come up with your own first film.
