The album is NOT coming out in May. There's normally no more than a month between Bey's lead single and album. It's February or March, the latest. I don't think we'll be getting it the week following the super bowl like most of us hoped but I do feel like she'll put the album up for pre-order. I predict we'll have the single within the next 2 weeks and the album will come out the week of the documentary

The album aint coming in May... Bey didn't book all these major promo spots in Feb. to have the album months later, doesn't make any sense. Just like the album was released right after a major promo spot, Glastonbury, I think she'll do the same with Superbowl, not necessarily the next day, but next couple weeks.

February is a far better month for sales than March, April and May. Nobody buys albums at that time whereas in February people actually have stupid holidays motivating them to go to the stores. That's why I keep saying it'll just be stupidly weird to use the Superbowl just to launch a single and then drop the album after Feb.

her Wynn costumes do look like her Revel ones, but better. so no complaint from me there.

Why would she plan HUGE promo in February for an album release in May? That's three months later? That's three months AFTER the Superbowl? That would be a HUGE misstep and misuse of all the promo in February.

On top of that, she typically release a single a MONTH before the album. 4 was an exception, that was because the song leaked. She already had all her promo lined up for the album.


Here is what we know:

Superbowl - Feb 3rd
Pepsi Commercial Featuring Single - Feb 3rd
Documentary - Feb 13th
Vogue - March (Will be out in February)

We will AT THE VERY LEAST have the single on Feb 3rd meaning the album about a month later. All the promotion will have been for nothing if she releases 3 months later.

We also know The Dream said we'd hear material before the Superbowl and more than likely two tracks. That could possible be single 1 & 2 or a double single. If that is the case I would assume we'd get it once the "DARK" period is over, that is a time where no one really releases new music, it lasts until mid month.

Expect something in the next couple weeks, even if it's just news.

We haven't got news yet because it isn't time.

Album sales are piss poor no matter what time of year, so the release date really shouldn't be a concern. If the people want it, they'll buy it, so I'm sure Bey will be fine, esp. with all her promo.
