Big Brother US does a POV (Power of Veto). Where six people play a game and whoever wins has the power of veto. The POV winner is safe from eviction and is able to save one of the two nominees from eviction. They don't have to, but they are capable of doing so. If they choose to save one of the two nominees, then the HOH must put up a replacement (that isn't the POV winner or whomever has immunity, in this situation).
