I agree that he helped Bey become who she is but her success now isn't determined by Matthew continuing with her management.

Do you guys not realize that she could have lost all sponsorship for her future tours if he stayed involved considering his theft? Why would any company wanna work with an artist if their manager is known to steal money from them?

I'm sure most people get it...however, for the reasons I mentioned already he does deserve SOME appreciation...luckily Bey has her mother's tact and isn't greedy. She got away when she needed to and I'm glad she did it when she did. IASF wouldn't have been as profitable for her without him. 4 was a really great point for her to leave his manangement, especially with her pregnancy. The entire era screamed anti-Matthew...I think her next era will show her own ideals mixed with his more "commercial" ideals. Which is why I think we're getting her biggest era yet.

I completely agree with you. Matthew get's paid dust here. He's really the greatest manager in the entertainment industry

Did I say he didn't really build her career up and that at one time he was a decent manager?

As big as he built it he could have knocked it right down.

Not to mention she had an audit done ON HIM that found he was stealing money from her as well as money that Live Nation should have gotten a portion of which could have really inhibited anyone from sponsoring her again to tour. That's one of the reasons he was fired by his own daughter....

A good manager shouldn't steal but couple that with him being her father? She's better off without him

Preach it. People need to educate themselves about this. Tbh we may never know 100% of the story but what we do is good enough to go on.

That was my issue there. Music World Music was banned from radio because of him, so she definitely would have no airplay. He lost his reputation, which means his business deals would not have been taken seriously.

She HAD to leave or her reputation could have fallen with him.

She learned from Diana Ross. Ross was TOO faithful to Berry Gordy, and now his bad reputation will ALWAYS be connected with her. (Along with the good ones as well though) Beyonce made the best decision.

I think the less songs, the better. Its not about running thru her discography in short span but about making every moment on that stage as epic as can be
