The thing is that Born This Way was an amazing album but it didn't have those smash hits pop stars need to keep their eras going. That's what she failed to create smashes that had a worldwide appeal. Besides the era image wise was messy and unfocused. That's my point.
I want it to be risky but at the same time with a commercial appeal and something Top 40 Radio could be willing to play, I want her to succeed she is my fave after all. That's my concern. I don't want a BTW 2.0 era again, I hope she has learned from the mistakes!
