Same here. You could tell the difference between before and after she was gone for a few weeks again. Also she tweeted herself that she would go to a "mental and physical retreat" or something like that. She made it look like it was some holiday in her tweet, but I indeed think it wasn't really that.

she literally changed a lot after the retreat.

A lot of what they said about Demi herself had some truth in it but the relationship stuff was mostly ******** imo, especially about Niall....

I remember this as well! She went on a "retreat" but in reality I think she went either back to rehab or on a retreat for people who relapse.
Either way she has changed so much. And when she said she was 9 months sober, if you count the months, it was THAT month she had came back

She only tweeted the number 9 or something vague like that, and people started speculating what it meant. 9 months sober was one of them. Then Demi tweeted about the exaggerated speculations and deleted the tweet.
It was also 9 days before Christmas. Could have been that too

I do think that if Demi tweets a number all of a sudden, with no context, she can expect speculation. She was naive not to think there would be any...

But it could indeed be 9 months sober. It could very well be.

But as I said, it could be true. There's a good amount of evidence to believe it is, I'm just saying I'm not sure.
