They've all made an impact in some way or another. Some more global than others, some more controversial than others, but impact nonetless.
Personally, Rihanna made the most impact on the music landscape. She has done so much in the past 7 years. Never retreading, always progressing.

Toxic is great but it really doesn't have any kind of impact, so.
CIL is the most critically acclaimed and one of the most culturally prominent, so I'll go with that.
