When do yall think is the best time to release the album. Personally, I think it doesn't make sense to wait... Superbowl has it's biggest effect right after, not months later. It should be available on Feb. 4th or 5th and the following week she'll hold well cuz of Valentines and the 3rd week she'll have the documentary. Plus other promo she has lined up.

February notable releases:

Feb. 5 - Josh Groban, Tim McGraw
Feb 12 - No notable releases
Feb. 19 - Big Sean

With this scenario, we're looking at several weeks at #1

I agree with DG1. Feb 4th is the best release date. She'll get an extra day of sales and the demand will be very high. Just because the documentary is in the 3rd week of February doesn't mean the album will drop after it. It'll probably just be promo to increase/stabilize sales in that week. I really hope the single comes on New Years Day. It would be perfect.

Kale is actually awesome. Tropical Smoothie Café makes this smoothie out of JUST spinach and kale that looks green and disgusting but tastes ****ing ah-MAY-zing. And there are so many good recipes where adding kale makes it that much better.

On a side note, I roll up kale leaves into pretty flowers to put in the back corners of the salad platters where I work. :3

Can you imagine if she released the album Feb 4th and the next week she did a Vday discount of DIL with the purchase of the new album. DIL would be 5x plat by the end of 2013

Pop radio better support her this era. Since Billboard changed their rules, it's even harder to get a hit since you need to get huge airplay now to get a good peak. I hate the new rules, anyway they better not be playing around this time.
