That's called selective hearing. Of course you, as a GaGa stan, are going to LISTEN to people talking about GaGa but just HEAR Bey talk. Most of Bey's album talk has been from the hive bending over backwards trying to find out info, the GP really has no indication that Bey is releasing new music outside The-Dream's statement and he doesn't reach even urban markets well.
Besides, GaGa is constantly building her own hype by releasing tidbits of info every so often. Whereas Bey announced the Superbowl with a picture and basically hasn't said much about it, especially on her own accord. Got her own billboard poll, etc.

I was replying to someone being pressed over Gaga and continues trying so hard to downplay ARTPOP's anticipation.
GaGa will fade even further into irrelevancy.
