.. however, the chances of it happening are marginal purely because it isn't psy who is a global success, it's gangnam style. the song itself is what is popular, not the artist. in theory any korean artist could've released it and it would likely have become a meme in the same way because of the dance and the video.

i hope lightning will strike twice for him on an international scale, but even if it doesn't it isn't the end of the world. he's reached heights most artists (korean or otherwise) can only dream of
