I don't think Carrie would ever colab with Kelly C. She rarely acknowledges her existance which is a shame because it would smash so hard.
That's just Carrie though, she doesn't want every contact she has with other celebrities be glammerized by the media. Honestly asides from Brad Paisley and Miranda, I can't think of any other starts she's GOOD friends with.
