Jesus. SYG is a place for dragging celebrities in the utmost Perez fashion. If you can't handle it, don't click on it. The post don't get quoted out of there for a reason. Not a lot of forums have a special thread for breaking their own rules, and certainly not as largely popular as SYG.
It's a cesspool of a circlejerk but it's gonna stay. Anyone who lurks in there for reportable posts will end up thread banned. Any posts that absolutely break the bounds of human decency should be reported, and nothing less. There's a reason why we removed a lot of the rules and made a basic "shockingly offensive" policy.
I won't even get into the hypocrisy of the major complainers saying equally bad things about celebrities they don't like. They're gonna trash your faves just as much as you trash theirs. I don't even use the thread but that's that.
Can y'all unban me from the CT shooting thread? I was mourning the deaths too. I had just replied to somebody bashing the US for no reason when America doesn't even have the highest gun related crimes in the world.
