yes, MDNA was her first album through Interscope.
They are a hot mess atm, also because they spent money on expensive producers, but when a single underperforms, they shelve singles, albums and even era's at points.

You can say whatever you want with RCA, but mainly the music comes out, whether we talk now about Warrior or Bionic & Lotus. The fans get the music.

I just hope the album's lackluster sales don't cause the label to abandon the whole project or put it on their back burner. I really feel like album sales will come if they can just keep it a priority and keep putting out singles.

I want five or six. A reissue or companion EP won't be necessary.

Capitol used to be one of the worst records labels years ago, but Katy is their shining star so that maybe an option for K$ in the future. RCA is the absolute pits, lately.

I doubt she will part from Dr. Luke anytime soon. She was the first Kemosabe artist and he discovered her.

Katy still works closely with Luke and she is part of a completely different label

Capitol - Katy
Def Jam - Rihanna
RCA - most proabably P!nk or Kelly Clarkson

Ke$ha will be better off if she stays at RCA. When P!nk or Kelly fade out (which happens all the time to popular artists), ke$ha might be the only big thing RCA has

He didn't discover or sign Katy though. They have only worked together. For Ke$ha, Luke actually provided her with the record deal through RCA and she chose to take it over the one Warner Music offered. Luke is tied closer to Ke$ha than any other artist he was worked with. If she left the Kemosabe/RCA imprint, don't you think he would be a little offended?

Interscope is a VERY shady label, they focus on some artists and totally ignore the others.

Interscope did a mistake with singles and they all went top #7 except 1 last one and the album was the 2nd best selling of 2012. RCA could never
