Katy doesn't have any legs to stand on. While have some major SINGLE sales power she had 5 number one singles and couldn't even manage to outsell Bey's solo discography(sans 4). And even with major singles, she mananges to only have IKAG and Firework(and possibly California Gurls) that will stick in the minds of the GP. Katy, while being in my sig, is someone that will have a cute career and get success but she will never ever be on Bey's level nor will she exceed her. There's not a dying chance of it. And its just that simple.
