The game is titled "Tomb Raider", but the title of the trailer is "Suvivor". They should emphasis that more clearly, though.

No.
IIRC, Legend was considered a reboot but not in the sense where they were completely taking a fresh direction with the game, they just changed her past a bit so they could work a bit different with the franchise, some old characters/elements where still in the world. However, this reboot is a fresh start. Everything and everyone from the past games are completely non-existent. Even Lara has gone over a heavy overhaul.
