There's hope in the future...who knows, if Universal picked up Crystal Kay then HYNA might stand a chance. She might not get in a group with Exile members or do shows in Royal Albert Hall quite yet but time will tell...

You do know Taratika actually outsold any single Crystal has put in years right? And no this is not a joke.
TF: You received an offer from a major label early on, but you chose to go with an indie label. I imagine that was a hard choice. What made you do so? Are you satisfied with your decision?
Hyna: My main reason was that I wanted to stick to my own style of music. I didn’t want to sing songs chosen for me by someone else. We only live once so I wanted to do what I believed in.
I’m satisfied with my decision, and no matter how it turns out, I’d still choose it.

It's all relative...I mean evidently Crystal's the one experiencing more success on a general level right now but if anything it shows that Hyna deserves more attention and a second chance if CKay can get...like...dozens
I mean granted both are plenty talented but we have one act that is getting dragged before she can even take flight, and another that has seen different levels of success at different times rather than just straight failure.

Yeah that's very true. Taratika went up as high as #12 on the Oricon Daily charts which for a Indie single is very impressive. Hopefully things can work out for her.
But what kind of indies label was she on with a contract so strict that something weird happened? I feel like they're pretty open usually :\
I think I remember reading the group itself was formed by some fans she had or something along those lines. I'm gonna go to bed now but tomorrow I'll probably search into her situation a little more.
