I'm here for Va Va Voom
I haven't heard that song from Melanie Fiona, I listened to some of her stuff for a rate though and I liked her so I'll check it out!
During the Spring/Summer when Animals were THIRSTY for any news regarding information on Ke$ha's next album, we got introduced to, the now loved, Mr. Peep$. At first all the Animals hated the adorable kitten for delaying and further production of her album, but he soon turned out to be the one of the most loved symbols for the Animals. Even asking and demanding for him to be in her music videos. 2013 will surely be the Year Of The Peep$.
If I was going out for the night and was getting ready, this would be the song that was always playing. "Tonights the night, the mood is right, anything he buys" she starts off the song in a slow and sultry voice, then she picks it. Then out of no where we get that amazing chorus. Probably my favorite track for Fantasea. It just has a great mood to it that is so enjoyable! I think the sound is very different, mixing something smooth, with some club beats after the chorus. Genius. I can't wait to hear what else Miss. Banks has in store.
I wasn't a fan of this song at first because how she would sing the verses, but that chorus was so infectious "Where did you go, where did you go", and how powerful she sang it. It grew on me more and more, and ended up being one of my most loved tracks this year. I couldn't understand what she was saying at first until I looked up the lyrics, and it made me enjoy the song even more "I'm,exhausted with loving, No fight in me- I'm defeated, I know I'm fooled, I can't help it, You make my heart so helpless". I think the song has a wonderful meaning overall and it just adds to the greatness
