This over capacity every 3 minutes is not a good luck.
Ugh mods need to ban more people. ATRL is clearly over capacity and some people posting pointless things, like this, every minute. Please ban them, they're wasting server's bandwidth.

I LOVED that rule, I got so many people knocked out by reporting for "non-text gif only" I felt like I was the only one that knew about it for the longest time

Some of the post lately need it really...
But Disruptive is a cute alternative for "pointless". Pointless was so disputable, I think. Imagine being genuinely amused and replying with only "", then getting warned for pointless.
Disruptive is a little less broad. And they probably don't have to deal with as many help request asking to get them reversed?
