From Canada the grosses of the shows are always a bit higher than the US shows, at least i remember that happened with Lady A's tour.
London I'm not expecting a huge gross, but the Scotiabank Place and ACC are tremendous in size and could probably easy fit 10,000+ at each venue - even with the stage. $1,000,000 gross in Toronto.
