On a happier note I'm so proud of Demetria on tonight's episode.
Her criticism was literally SPOT ON. Everyone was praising her in the show thread, even her haters, and she doesn't get hate on youtube anymore, except for the horny Eczema3 stans
The Pop Vocal Performance category isn't based on vocals. The word "vocal" is there to distinguish it from instrumental. So...yeah. The actual vocal performance doesn't matter.
However, I do think GYHAB should've been nominated. It's a better song than Wide Awake or Where Have You Been.
I'm happy that my other faves got nods on the Grammys but I can't at GYHAB being ignored like Skyscraper last year. I mean, the nominated songs are just
Demi's really doing great as a judge and as a mentor. You can see how she has improved a lot since the beginning.
I hope this improvement also helps her improvement for the next album. She now knows what things would be great and what things won't be, it's a really great opportunity. I also don't think she's getting fired, she's giving the show life and a true stand-out from the other judges, the only one who's real and constructive and fun tbh.
