I'm in court more than Lohan these days. Let's go to trial.

Fair enough, rules are allowed to be amended, however, I wasn't notified, not that I, specifically, have to be, however, according to the current Nicknaming Rule within the Guidelines, it's perfectly acceptable. Furthermore, when I brought the
original case to HQ's attention, the initial point was reversed, meaning that it was acceptable, thus, I continued its use.
Clearly, if I had known of this apparent change, "behind closed doors,"
the usage of Christ would not have been posted, as Evidence A suggests:
Evidence A: I present my warn history. I only received one point for Nicknaming when I first
joined the forum and never received another -- it's a simple, straightforward rule to follow.
Again, apparently, things have changed since my
initial Nicknaming point was reversed, which is fine, but you can't expect me, as a member, to know that, seeing as there was no change in the Guidelines, nor was an announcement made.
The recent point associated with the
above post should clearly be reversed and modified into a reminder, for the simple fact that
*turns to the jury* I'm no --
we're no mind readers, Kworb. Unless it's changed within the Guidelines or members are mass notified of a recent amendment, the rule is still straightforward and members will still consider the usage acceptable.
I, now, know about this "hidden rule,"
but do others?
The prosecution rests, your honour.
