They just released it so they may skip C'Mon and go ahead with Supernatural sometime in February/March.

I think C'mon like Die Young will absolutely smash pop radio and struggle on other formats so definite top 5 if it gets decent sales imo.

Also she is doing amazing in the UK considering airplay is so low and i dont know why hopefully they stop the release it months later strategy

"Die Young" is picking up in the UK big time. It's rapidly increasing in airplay and is #5, nearly #4 on iTunes. It's doing great from the sluggish start it experienced.

I've ragged over "C'mon", but I guess I'm trying to see the positive in it now as I always try to do. It is catchy, infectious and a very good song. The production is simplistic and crisp during the verses, the choir fading "ohs" kinda being unique...ish. And the bridge is very good. I guess it's like this album's "Your Love Is My Drug". (Though not as good as that piece of pop perfection)

I also guess the repression of the bigger, riskier and distinct singles could mean the era will have more legs and end on a high note, instead of peaking during the earlier singles and fading off with smaller singles.

What's the point? To shoot it to the top 100 for 25 seconds and then let it fall again because it has no airplay to sustain it? Why not perform "Die Young", since she could very well get it to #1 that week.

This is déjà vu of last year with Kelly Clarkson. She performed Stronger on XFactor even though it wasn't going for adds until January. It did nothing to jump start the song at all. RCA

Yes I know but the performance barely boosted it at all & it fell straight back down the next week. My point is, she should perform Die Young. It's her last shot at #1 on the Hot 100. Or at least do the acoustic?

True. Plus I think it did give more traction to Kelly, because the song was starting to become known.
