Blackout is iconic. People are probably buying the physical copy in addition to the Itunes one and playing it so much they have to repurchase.
I'm on my 5th copy of Blackout, 4th of In the zone, 3rd of Britney and 2nd of the rest. I only have one copy of Femme fatale, though 
That said, why are sales decreasing, though.
As of April 2011:
Oops!..I Did It Again - 9,202,039
Britney - 4,361,461
In The Zone - 2,993,677 even though I know I've seen 2,997 recently

September 1-30: 1 month
October 1-31: 1 month
November 1-28: nearly one month
That makes it "nearly 3" months, not "nearly 4".

The 2.997 million figure includes some special editions of "In the Zone" and came from the guy at Chart Watch which combines them all. Same with other albums.

Oh, I really would like to know the full sales because I need for them to re-up her certs already.
I'm tired of 'Britney' not being certified 5x platinum, 'In the zone' 3x platinum and I need for the singles collection to be certified gold eventually. Circus might be a reach to go 2x platinum
34M +3.5 =37.5M.

Oh those Exhell download weeks. It's like everyone "yey, lets buy", but on the actual week most of them go like "well, ima save my coins, because many others will buy and i'm sure my 1 copy won't change anything"

It's so tragic to see her albums uncertified.
The Singles Collection will never sell 500k though... Well, not while Britney is, you know, alive.
