No, it's actually signed
I pre-ordered a signed copy of Katy's Part of Me DVD there
& they gave me the blu ray & inside the blu ray there was a little slip card with the autograph on it
For CD's it says that you get an extra booklet
So I'm sure the CD comes sealed & you get another booklet (which is signed) with it
That's how it usually works
& considering it says the signed booklets are limited, I doubt they'd be just printed autographs
