Miley's tone is really unconventional and it's not for everyone, and the fact that she doesn't really do ridiculous vocal runs and belt obscenely high notes makes people overlook her amazing range and power and phrasing.
If she really wants to wow people she needs to pull out Lilac Wine-esque vocals during a performance on a
huge platform like the Grammys or something, which seems unrealistic.
I love Can't Be Tamed but it was a bit of a mess.
Hopefully she'll get to show ha voice on that even though I don't think it's a very highly watched program.
