It's trolling. Everytime you open "Madonna is xxx hours late" thread someone always explains to you that "Gates open at 8pm, opening act takes stage at 8:30-9, performs for 1 hour, leaves around 10. DJs and sound checkers performs all their duties for another half an hour to make sure everything works fine and then Madonna takes stage at 10:30 or so.
