I think that the hype about Rihanna's tour could easily be carried from now until the beginning of the tour.
Right now it's better if these things are posted as separate news stories, as they're still of general interest. When the tour actually starts and there's a lot of concert-specific news and tidbits that are of interest only to fans, then a general tour thread is more appropriate.
